One of the employees was bothered to go around to the other side of the counter to look for additional kid boxes until we asked a third time if she was sure there were none left. When she went to check she came back with a dozen or so boxes. When the options for candy were cut down to two choices instead of three, we asked for a peanut free option knowing that the others were handled in same factories as peanuts are handled, we were told there was nothing she could do. We asked to speak to a manager, and when the manager took to long to arrive we cancelled our order because we would be late to the movie. When we got to the theater, the seats were old and not maintained. Some would lean back more than the others and some almost fell back to the other seat. When the movie started the lights stayed on until i got up out of my chair to inform someone in the front that the lights were still on. It took a bout 5 minutes after that for them to be turned off.

Celebration Cinema Lansing Difficult to find a parking spot. Scary if you are a woman alone having to walk back to your car at night. Or get drenched if it's raining and you don't have an umbrella.
Though it's packed, line moves quickly. Concessions line also moved quickly. Soda is $4.25 for a medium. Fun fireworks carpet, bright colorful lighting. Arcade with video games. Booth that sells life-sized cardboard cutouts of your favorite movie or tv show characters for $25. What a steal! For $50 I can have James Franco and Jude Law watch over me as I sleep!
And now, as a side note and at the expense of sounding like a politically incorrect Bch I have NEVER in my life seen such a concentration of fat people in one place at one time. And when I say fat people I don't mean slightly chunky, or voluptuously curvy, no, I mean, seriously fat Need bigger theater seats fat heart attack's coming soon Fat It's kinda scary. Makes me wonder about the obesity statistics in Michigan. I try not to comment on anyone's weight but the volume pun intended of obese movie goers on this Friday night is mind-blowing and impossible to ignore.

Revere Showcase Cinema this theater attracts the absolute trashiest people in existence from the Boston area. They were so utterly loud and obnoxious throughout the first half of the movie that we had to walk out halfway through. I am never going to this theater again. We've had to deal with the same crap the last however many times we've gone here, but it seems to have gotten even worse if that was at all possible.
I told this all to the manager in asking for our refund, and while he 'apologized', he otherwise didn't seem to care. Didn't try to make things right, or even try to keep our business for the future, even though we said we considered never coming back again.
It was a complete waste of a night, and of gas and resulted in irritating me for the rest of the night.
We've been to numerous theaters around the area, large and small, Fridays/Saturdays, nights and during the day, for many different types of movies - and we've never had as horrible experiences as we did at this one.
Don't reward this location go somewhere else.
