Whitestone Cinema  front reception are where you can buy snacks are full of workers with no attention to detail and no willingness to work. One of the employees was bothered to go around to the other side of the counter to look for additional kid boxes until we asked a third time if she was sure there were none left. When she went to check she came back with a dozen or so boxes. When the options for candy were cut down to two choices instead of three, we asked for a peanut free option knowing that the others were handled in same factories as peanuts are handled, we were told there was nothing she could do. We asked to speak to a manager, and when the manager took to long to arrive we cancelled our order because we would be late to the movie. When we got to the theater, the seats were old and not maintained. Some would lean back more than the others and some almost fell back to the other seat. When the movie started the lights stayed on until i got up out of my chair to inform someone in the front that the lights were still on. It took a bout 5 minutes after that for them to be turned off.
